COAT OF ARMS OF THE CITY OF ĐAKOVO
The coat of arms of the City of Đakovo has the shape of a stylised shield with a rounded base and a height-to-width ratio of 5:4. The façade of the Church of All Saints is the central element of the coat of arms. Two saints stand to the left and right of the church door. St. Peter holding a key in his right hand and a book in his left hand is on the dexter side, while St. Paul holding a sword in his right hand and a book in his left hand is on the sinister side. Between the saints, there is a window in the shape of a bread with a cross. To the left and right side of the church tower roof, there are two six-pointed stars. Tinctures: the outline of the coat of arms and the shield is golden, the church tower roof is red, the stars and haloes are yellow, the church stands in a green meadow and the field of the coat of arms is azure.
FLAG OF THE CITY OF ĐAKOVO
The flag of the City of Đakovo has two colours – white and carmine lilac, with a coat of arms of the City placed in the centre. The width-to-length ratio is 1:2. The flag is parted per fess into two bands, the upper being white and the lower being carmine lilac, and each takes up one half of the flag’s width. The City’s coat of arms is placed centrally so that the upper part of the coat of arms overlaps the white field and the lower part overlaps the carmine lilac field.
